Depending on her experienced staff to produce this product for the clientele, she spends most of her time promoting and figuring ways to improve the products. Karen is the administrative machine behind the scenes, and networks to improve the customer base. Starting from scratch has been less than easy; desire, determination and fortitude have kept her on a track of pursuing the latest in technology. With all new equipment and a dedicated staff it is her mission to give you the consumer what you deserve. She is always open for you concerns and praises. Artistic ability goes hand in hand with his enthusiasm for perfection. Michael uses these skills assuring quality and attention to detail. He handles all restoration, artist reproduction, large format printing, photography and overall machine maintenance. Never without a sense of humor, most do not get, he is the entertainment that gets us through the day!

With over 10 years experience in all aspects of lab work, Darlene is our photofinishing guru. Quality is her number one priority! Dedicated to deadline, understand each order receives equal attention. Managing the photo lab is not for everyone, she handles this with precise and organized methods. Her responsibilities include, customer service, machine printing (color & B & W), chemical control, quality control, product ordering, land online orders. Without her, we would be in utter chaos.
